Our shopping cart is designed to sell and ship to locations in the lower Forty-Eight States. Although we are delighted to ship Worldwide (to most locations) based on the following conditions:

  • Worldwide shipments (and those outside of the lower Forty-Eight states) are available through USPS International Priority Mail and require a special handling fee.
  • Purchases sold outside of the lower Forty-Eight are done so at the full Retail Price.
    Each Shipment is different. Please Email through our Contact Us before placing your order and we will gladly provide you with approximately what cost that you will incur.
    We also offer Express Shipment and Overnight Delivery to anywhere we can ship. Please inquire through an Email at our Contact Us if you desire these services.

Shop Toy Chest - Traditional Reflections is committed to customer satisfaction. Returns are permitted under the following conditions:

  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) Number. A Return Authorization Number may be requested 14 Days from the invoice date.
  • All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center Within 10 Days of your receipt of a Return Authorization Number. Items received after 10 days will not be refused. PLEASE NOTE: When returning products it is highly suggested that you use a Commercial Shipper, one who uses Tracking Numbers to keep track of its packages.
  • Replacement product orders will not be shipped until the original item is received and inspected. Once the item has been confirmed defective, the replacement will be shipped. If the defective item is being returned for credit, the credit will not be issued until the item has been inspected and is confirmed defective. We can however: ship new product with a secure payment and issue credit once the returned product has been processed.
  • Unopened Products: If the suppliers factory seal is intact, you may be able to return an unopened product for exchange or refund within 14 days of your invoice date, subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Sale Items and items that do not have a factory seal are not returnable. Food items are not returnable.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The Customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
  • Any deviation from the return process outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fee up to 30% and possibly a refusal of your return.
